L&W No. 22 Mincer Knife

Size 22 L&W knife, suitable for all size 22 mincers. It is a robust knife which to both thick and sturdy. The blade is made to cut fresh meat. The mincer blade has a square cut out in the middle to fit onto the plate stud in the meat mincer. The L&W knife is straight, and made from hardened tool steel. They are made from Tool Steel, with a hardness of 57-58 HRc.
