This robust full size table top stainless steel electric convection oven is perfect for an established, busy shop, and can hold six 600x400mm (Gastronorm 1/1) trays. The oven is equipped with twin auto reverse fans which help to provide more even heat distribution, humidification control, front drip tray and a rear flue. It has a 120 minute timer and temperature regulator 50°c to 270°c.
