The Ascoli AF50 Flavasava ham boiler is a water cooker capable of holding upto 6 hams at a time with the capacity of 86 litres and is suitable for ham, beef, turkey, chicken, pork and black pudding..
Ascoli's Flavasava range are well known throughout the industry and are manufactured in the UK.
The AF50 ham boiler is run off single phase electricity supply and comes as standard on a stand. It features a time-clock facility to enable the customer to set the water cooker to start in the evening when the cost of electricity is at its lowest.
The ham boiler works by cooking the product at lower temperatures and for longer periods of time to allow for less product shrinkage and a more evenly cooked product.
The AF50 water cooker can be used with cooking bags which allow you to cook a variety of products all at one time.
