The Fischer N1260 is part of the Eco Chef series, constructed with a classic food-safe polypropylene handle and an integrated safety guard. This is a round steel of standard grade, enabling the sharpening of knives (as opposed to honing). Standard cut steels should only be used on occasion for blunt knives.
