MERIGEL® 341 Starch is an instant thickening starch produced from corn, which is certified as non-GMO. This starch is used in cold processed dressings, fruit preparations and bakery creams dry mix soups and sauces to provide quick, consistent thickening with added stability. It has thick, creamy texture with medium shelf stability and high resistance to breakdown due to process stresses.
