Produced from sound, mature, selected, hand-harvested, clean white onions free from damage, soil and cuts. Selected fresh onions are peeled, washed, inspected, sliced, air dried, toasted to the desired degree of toasting, milled and sieved to produce Light Toasted White Onion.
