Drovers Beef is produced to demanding specifications, using only the finest prime steer and heifer carcasses, grades E,U,R,O (3+4L), and reselected on the line to guarantee consistent premium quality. We select only the finest cattle, direct from hand picked farms and processed through single species facilities to ensure every Drovers carcass can be traced to source. Improving on perfection, we now double PH check our animals to less than 5.8 in the slaughter house and boning hall, ensuring only the very best quality for Drovers Beef.
